How cancelling and refunds work for PackMule subscriptions and top-off scan packs. These sit alongside our Terms of Service.
- Cancel anytime from the billing portal (Plans page → Manage billing). You keep your plan through the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan. Your banked scans stay with your account.
- Refunds on subscriptions: a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment if you're not satisfied. Otherwise, payments aren't refunded for partial months or years. Where the law gives you more refund rights, those apply.
- Top-off scan packs: refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's scans have been used; non-refundable after that.
- Chargebacks: if a payment is reversed, the scans or plan it paid for are removed.
